Q.

#AskTheExpert My daughter has high serum alkaline phosphatase levels and low vitamin D levels.Also her HB is 11.25 .Doctor did not give any Iron supplement but asked us to stop powder vitamin d supplement and gave Vitamin D injection... Is is safe?Does she need iron supplement?

A. consult with doctor who examine the baby and will advise accordingly. It is very difficult to comment on the current situation without examination of the baby so it is advised to consult with your nearby doctor would examine him and advise you with proper further management
