#asktheexpert I am breastfeeding until 3 years but my own Vitamin D levels and calcium levels seem low, what should I take in terms of supplements

A. you have to continue all the supplements given by your doctor that is vitamin b12 iron folic acid and vitamin d and also meet your doctor because according to the level of deficiency dosages finalized
