Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please do the following things: keep your child well hydrated give mixture of honey and ginger,give it in 1/2 tbsp of quantity once in a day. give turmeric milk. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
