shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom u need to take care of the hygiene and always wash area properly with normal water wipe it gently and after that apply coconut oil or mustard oil on it regularly keep ur child well hydrated give coconut water lemon water Lassi buttermilk yogurt curd
