#asktheexpert my daughter got her period recently that lasted for 9 days, what should I do

A. it's totally normal if the periods were as normal as before but continued for a few days more no special treatment is to be done for that just maintain Healthy lifestyle

A. When the periods come for a child for the first time it could be really painful and heavy and can last a little longer than 4 to 7 days but in this case you should first check with your doctor there is anything that you need to do because for initial six months lot of kids can face this problem but it’s always better to take an expert advice in person
