Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

You should always try to be and baby should take at least four meals in a day. Try to be very light vegetables and the time you can increase the quantity. Rather than this baby is active and taking proper meals then everything is fine and nothing to worry about
