Here’s a healthy and balanced diet plan for your 1-year, 2-month-old baby to ensure proper growth and nutrition: 🔹 Diet Plan for 1 Year 2 Month Old Baby ✅ Morning (7:00-8:00 AM) – Breast Milk / Formula / Cow’s Milk (150-200 ml) If giving cow’s milk, ensure it is boiled and lukewarm.
