This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.

For cold / running nose give syp wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Go for homxe remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink.

take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning

keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake and
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
