Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily. give nasal salinex drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child zdoesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.
