SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, instead of three big meals give five meals in a day in a smaller quantity. Make sure there is a gap of four hours between each solid feed and minimum two hours to give any liquid feed. Reduce the quantity of the food. Give more fibre and calcium rich food which is easily digestible include buttermilk in every day drink. Give lukewarm water after feeding anything which helps in improving good digestion. maintain hygiene.Write Your Answer Here
