hello Dear mum exclusive breastfeeding for the initial six months of age is good and advisable as a breastfeeding mother have lots of fluid and fibre in your diet and do not stay up empty stomach for long also breast feed the baby at a gap of 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes from both the breast
