RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl6 months agoA. After birth for initial one week a child can lose up to 500 g because of jaundice after that the child should gain a minimum of 5 to 600 g in a month and if that is not there still if the child is losing weight then you may need to see your paediatrician
