Hello When did you have your delivery you have not mentioned that clearly to me but never mind I’m just going to say simply if you have completed about 6 to 8 months of your delivery then you can definitely go ahead with any kind of workout that you want also if you want you can go ahead with intermittent fasting along with your workout that’s going to be more effective
