Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 3 m old girl5 years agoA. yes it is absolutely okbaby on touch can have warm soles and head. It s a normal and healthy thing. Check temperature at armpit level and if above 99 fahrenheit then we treat fever in babies.
