it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation fir not gaining weight.
You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value of his food

as your child weighs within the range,you should not worry about Constant weight.
just continue with homemade healthy and nutritious diet.
give massage to your child everyday using Babyhug coconut oil.
