my son is not gaining weight he is 10 months n weighs 7kg 600gm since last 3 mnths he is of same weight

So I believe that clearly indicates that whatever you are feeding to your child your child is unable to accept that food and your child is unable to digest that food properly so it would be advisable as of now that you please consult your paediatrician once and go for a proper course of medication
