#asktheexpert my baby just has 4 teeth 2 incisors in front .now he is having bit feverish.his face is hot his palm n foot is hot n too cranky he is not eating also . what should I do

Give paracetamol every six hours also also you should do cold sponge if needed and give more of liquids during this time it’s easy for them to consume along with that if it is suitable for you I would highly recommend you to start with a B complex supplement
