AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Yes u can give paracetamol. If fever comes again, u can repeat the dose after six hours. Viral fever can take 3-5 days. If no other symptoms like cold, cough etc then no need to worry. Take care
