If You are still breastfeeding your child and you should avoid having cold yourself don’t give anything cold which I like banana or a code for the time being otherwise try to give most of the fruits on room temperature and avoid basically giving anything cool to the child that’s it and keep yourself very well covered avoid switching of temperature and if it is willing to your place avoid using fan also avoid
