how you conclude this ?
whats his weight ?
if weight is too low like below 4kg and if baby is not achiving age appropriate milestones ,i suggest somethings to follow :
- give breastfeeding more ,it strenghthen child's immunity
- give massage on daily basis which helps in healthy weight gain and keep your child healthy enough
