#asktheexpert my baby is six month old and just started solids. He don’t like purees and like textures to eat. Can you suggest me the heathy texture food that i can offer to my son?

A. hello Dear mum you are advised to keep on adding new food and variety one by one to the diet of the child include Rice Water dal Pani stewed apple banana chikoo mashed potato sweet potato avocado and go slow with the system of the little one continue breastfeeding the baby
