#asktheexpert my baby is now 7months.please tell me how many times she takes solid meal & and quantity ?

A. dear Mum, for your 7 months old baby, you should give solid foods 3 times in a day as breakfast, lunch and dinner and up to half katori every time. continue breastfeeding in between and on demand
