#AskTheExpert My baby is not gaining weight. She is 13 months old and still her wight is 7.2 kg. Her birth weight was 2.4 kg. From last one and half month there is negligible gain in the weight. Any suggestions for weight gain..

sheera
paneer or mashed potatoes parathas
mix vegetables dal khichdi with ghee
add nuts powder in milk made up of cashew almonds and dry dates
