The first keep her in conditioned environment.
Don't expose her to winds or air blow.but keep her in conditioned environment.
Dont make her wear gloves and soaks in summers.
when out , make her wear cap.for sure.
make.sure her palm and foot are not very hot.
If it's the case please wet her palm and foot with pot cold water.
