#AskTheExpert my baby is having constipation. she doesn't do poty everyday n when she do pity it is very hard n painful sometimes blood also come.

A. hi you need to keep an eye on your child diet and remove food which causes it keep your child well hydrated give food items like soup , coconut water, buttermilk,curd more give massage to your child regularly it will definitely help
