SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl7 months agoA. Breast milk contains lactose, like in cow milk. This kind intolerance very rare, in general few premature babies having this kind of difficult but occasionally only. Please check the stools, whether it contains with blood or mucus. Try to complete one feeding cycle with one breast.
