#AskTheExpert my baby is feeding for only 10 min that too only one side of my breast

A. Different babies have different feeding patterns. Feed the baby on demand. Just make sure that the urine output of your baby is fine that is atleast 6-8 times in a duration of 24 hours. Certain babies have breast preferences and sometimes the milk flow from each breast might differ and the baby may be comfortable with the breast flow of his chosen breast. You can compress milk from the less preferred breast and feed to your baby with a bowl and a spoon. Offer the less preferred breast while the baby is sleeping.
