#asktheexpert My baby is 8 months old and he is not able to digest any fruit juices. Can you please recommend fruits which are easy to digest for babies .

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom instead of giving juices you can opt for the whole fruit instead .. to know if the particular fruit is been able to get digested by the baby or no .
Also any seasonal fruit that is locally available can be given but it needs to be well ripe

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello may be you should just try with small quantity and you can give elakki banana or apple or chicoo to start with one by one and also follow three days rule whch should be better and also safe to know if baby is allergic to any of it which should be better
