Q.
#asktheexpert My baby is 8 month old and has not started crawling as of now. we have tried a lot.please suggest some way to help him do so.

Give some more time to baby. Definitely baby will crawl soon in coming months. Do massage daily of legs and full body. Give enough tummy time to baby and put some toy in front of him/her.
Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength once baby completes 1 year
