Q.
#asktheexpert my baby is 6month+..he is not at all interested in having cerelac which my Paedetrician has suggested.. it's Apple-wheat.. only when we serve it with mashed banana than he eats it.. is it ok to serve banana mash with cerelac twice in a day Or should I change the flavour of cerelac?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. yes,itsokay. yiu can feed it like this..no problem. gradually give suji kheer, khichdi, curd rice, vegetabme puree, , dalita, lentil soup in little amount. .all the very best
