prefer to give homemade cerelac
avoid commercial baby food it is high in sugar and does not create the habit of having home food

gv a spoon then after 3 to 4 days 2 spoon and after 3 to 4 days 3 spoon
in similar way once a day then twice and then three times a day
use Babyhug bowl and spoon
