it is important to feed more frequent breast feeds or formula feeds if your baby is less than 6 months. Do not offer water unless otherwise is recommended by your doctor.

no not now.
Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. Breastfeed has sufficient water to ur baby hydrated. once ur baby completes six months then u can start giving semi solids and water to ur baby.
