if fever (temperature 100f or above)is there, then please visit your pediatrician

instead of Medicine , I would suggest some homemade remedies,hope it help:
mam,I have tried it with my child and he got cured ,hope it help you too
rub onion slices on chest,back and sole of your child
give Indirect steam inhalation
give more and more breastfeeds to your child
