ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not give water to your 4 months old baby. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the completion of 6 months. Breast milk contains about 90 percent water and fulfils the hydration needs of baby.
