#asktheexpert My baby is 20days old ! I just want to chill once ! is it okay if i smoke 1 cigarette after feeding and then feed him after 3 hours ? I don't want to do it right away ! After a month or so

A. big No cigarette as breast feeding is not recommended that will effect the baby please dear don't as a lactating mother you should take care of your intake
