#asktheexperts is it okay to have one drink and one cigarette while breastfeeding? How long after the drink can I feed again

What is the current age of your child you have not mentioned anything but at least for six months initially when your breast feeding the child you should avoid having alcohol or smoking because it is in to your blood for a minimum of 12 hours and it’s not good for the childWrite Your Answer Here
