hello. does ur kid make an eye contact with anyone, is he speaking, can he express his feelings, does he get along with everyone, does he responds to being called upon, gets intimidated by everyone, likes to play alone, always do pointing never say by words.

if anything from above applies with current situation then I suggest you to take assessment first from child development center in ur city. You have to be strict with him, hitting and throwing are one kinda behavior issues, it can get better with ABA therapy.
