My baby is 2 month old. He had serve cold in his chest, we took treatment for that now at present he is better but still we asked to give him a nebulizer with NS and medicine. He is passing urine not an issue but motion he didn't pass for more than 3 days. His stomach is little big, so doctor can you pls suggest for any medicine or any other your opinion...

Cold is a viral disease that usually occurs with symptoms like  sneezing, running nose, cough ,sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.at times it can be allergic too.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would help in relieving congestion n soothing the irritation in nose and throat .you can give sinarest/ascoril flu cold in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the sympto-ms but only under medical guidance.for fever give calpol.no self treatment should be done.it may take upto two weeks also in recovery so dont worry if gradually symptoms are getting relieved.child will resume normal activities and eating thereafter.
