the options available is is the goldsmith that is the jewellery person who usually does by either gunshot or or buy a gold wire.
the other options are by doctors like ent dosctor, skin specialist, plastic surgeons.
after the procedure you can apply antibacterial cream to decrease the chances of local infection. s
