#AskTheExpert My baby is 2.5 months old and he sleeps 4.30 hours straight at night. I have to wake him up for the feed. what should be the ideal interval in between feeds during night time?

A. hello dear mom it is ok if the child is sleeping for long at night the sleep cycle of the baby keeps changing it is important to breast feed the baby at a gap of 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes from both the breast also at night you can breast feed the baby on demand
