#AskTheExpert My baby is 17 days old......I'm not able to breastfeed my newborn baby as my breastmilk production is very little.....she's totally dependent on formula milk......what should I do to increase my breast milk?......please help

A. Try breastfeeding hourly once, have nutritious food. The more baby sucks, more the milk supply. It is common in the initial days of breastfeeding.

A. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, milk, good intake of water etc to increase bm.
