#asktheexpert my baby is 14 months old. she doesn't eat food properly and drink milk 4-5 times in day time and 3 -4 times at night. I want her to eat food properly

Toddler has this tendency of having more milk as that is their comfort food, and hence tend to fill their stomach with it and too much milk kills hunger .
So best is to plan to make a diet routine for them, and set his meal, milk , and snack time,
limit the milk intake
