#asktheexpert my son 1.10yrs old drink external milk alot...doesn eat food properly.. please suggest how to reduce the milk intake

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, you should not give more than 500 ml of milk in a day which also includes milk products like curd, paneer, cheese and breast milk. Reduce the frequency and quantity of milk. You can continue to give the milk products. Direct milk fills your baby’s stomach and reduces the appetite for other food.
