#AskTheExpert my baby is 10months old and she is having mild itching in ear both ears especially in right one from around past 2months…is there anything serious?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleepeing. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice af day for 7 days in ear it will help .

This can be due to teething
The pain in gums can make baby feel sensation in ears due to which there is itching.
so no need to worry
Give ur baby teethers like babyhug teethers that put pressure on gums and give relief to baby from pain and itching during teething
