#asktheexpert my baby is 10 months and 20 days I m breastfeeding. Can I start introducing cows milk along with breastfeeding?

SelviMom of a 4 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. No don't give cow's milk until your baby turns one.lactose in cow's milk doesn't suit for baby's digestive system.

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, yes you can start giving cow milk yo yu our baby. But it is always better to give formula to babies than cow milk. As formula milk is specifically for babies and nutritious too than cow milk. So if possible then give formula milk, else no problem with cow milk to. Good luck and take care
