#asktheexpert How much water is enough for baby while introducing solids along with breast milk..??

A. Give upto 30ml of water. This doesn’t mean plain water alone. The water content in  soups , dal paani etc all counts here in the above measurement. So on a day to basis if a baby has soups , dal paai , kanji paani etc and a few sips of water it is enough for him.

A. Hi mommy Give few sips of water after every feeding Give adequate feeding Give boiled cool water after every feeding or every hour Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Wash hands often before touching your baby
