#asktheexpert my baby is 10 month 15 days old. he eats very well , 4 to 5 times in a day but he drink very less milk only 3 time is it normal or can I reduce solid meal?

A. dear mum, that is fine. until 1 year, breast milk should be the primary source of milk for your baby. you can give external milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
