my baby is 1 month old. he poops frequently. i have to keep on changing clothes but still there remains poop, sometimes watery and sometimes just like turmeric paste.he is breast fed only. because of this he has frequent cleaning every now and then ,he has redness in his diaper area. is this normal? how can i clean his diaper area? also he seems to be so gassy eventhough i burp him after every feed. is there any thing to worry?

babies are gassy and it is absolutely normal. as far as the diaper rashes concerned you can apply napigard cream. also babies pass motion more than 10 times a day and after every time take wet wipes and clean properly leaving no remnant of the poop because usually it is a remnants that cause diaper rash

good morning it seems that the baby suffering from indigestion as a result of which the child having this kind of a motion I would recommend you to consult your pediatrician for some proper medication
