ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, weight of 4.4 kg is within the normal range for a 1 month old baby boy. Baby’s weight would also depend on the birth weight. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
