#asktheexpert my baby has regular constipation problem one in a month from last 4 months. any suggestions or precautions to be take further to get rid of this problem

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. only way to avoid hard stool and constipation in your baby is to give adequate water for the baby to drink and give all seasonal fruits to the baby they are very good source of fibre some vegetable salads also
